Cyトトゥオンブリーは、好きなアーティストの一人だ。 期せずして、このチューリッヒ美術館で、多くのトゥオンブリー作品を目にすることができた。 Cy Twombly is one of my favorite artists. Unexpectedly, I was able to see many Twombly's works at the Zurich Museum. トゥオンブリーは、1928年にアメリカのバージニア州に生まれた。 ラウシェンバーグと共に、ブラッグ・マウンテン・カレッジで学び、大自然の中で行われた自由な教育によって大きな刺激を受けた。 Twombly was born in 1928 in Virginia, USA. Along with Rauschenberg, he studied at Bragg Mountain College and was greatly stimulated by free education in nature. 1953年から、アメリカの軍隊で暗号制作者として働いたというユニークな経験を持っている。 そのせいか、トゥオンブリーの作品は、文字を使ったものが多い。 He has a unique experience of working as a cryptographer in the American military since 1953.
